TGNC packs two ideas into one acronym: transgender, and gender-nonconforming. Organizations and clinics use it when they want language that covers binary and nonbinary trans people plus people who bend gender norms without using a specific trans label.
It is a grouping word, not a personal identity most people put in a bio. Someone might say they are trans, nonbinary, or GNC. TGNC is how service providers and communities talk about that wider set together.
