Dina
people ask this like there's a rulebook. there isn't. i'm a stud. my girlfriend is femme. i pay when i did the asking. she drives because parking decks make me mean. last cookout an uncle said "so you're the man" and we left before dessert.
stud femme relationships at home
i want to hear how other people split the boring parts. who texts the group, who talks to the landlord, who is "the man" in somebody's uncle's head. if your answer is "we ignore the uncle," say how long that lasts.
stud femme is not butch femme with the nouns swapped
i keep seeing them treated as the same dinner. they're not, and i'm not opening that up so white couples can shop for a label. if you're in a stud/femme relationship, you already know why the words aren't interchangeable.
