hr training dropped "gnc employees" and i nodded along.
is it just gender-nonconforming? does it overlap with nonbinary? i present kinda masc and suddenly feel like i got sorted into a bucket i didn't know existed.
coworker said gnc and i pretended i knew what it meant

yeah, gender-nonconforming. about expression vs expectations. not the same as nonbinary, though plenty of nonbinary people are also gnc.

yep. that's me. gnc lesbian. tgnc is the wider clinic/org acronym that bundles trans + gnc.
