town's about 9,000. the nearest lesbian bar is an hour and twenty minutes if the highway isn't being the highway. i booked the library meeting room because it's free with a card. Thursday, 6pm. first week was me and a coworker who thought it was a novel club and stayed anyway.

i'm not precious about the format. sports, coffee, a walk, whatever has worked when the bar is a road trip. i need things that survive a place where everyone knows your mom.
